“Hands down, without a doubt, the best thing I have done for myself in years was reaching out to Justine for a consultation. When I wrote to her about the long list of issues I wanted to work through, it was something that felt so overwhelming, a daunting task to even try and unscramble. I was (and continue to) deal with loss, trauma, anxiety, and I was not where I wanted to be with my personal and career goals. I felt at a complete loss. I was always someone that said, I don’t need a therapist or counselor, that whatever I am going through I have to do it by myself. She has given me the most compassionate and understanding space to be extremely vulnerable.
